We provide links to original source articles. We are not the publisher or author of the underlying news content.
3.2 AI-Generated Content
Content produced by our AI systems — including summaries, headlines, topic categorizations, and Buzzy Takes — is generated algorithmically and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. AI-generated content is editorial in nature and does not constitute professional advice of any kind (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise). You should verify information with original sources before relying on it.
3.3 Third-Party Content
We link to and summarize content from third-party publishers. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of third-party content. Your interaction with third-party sites is governed by their terms and policies.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Services without our written permission

If you submit comments, tips, feedback, or other content ("User Content"), you grant Buzzy Today a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute that content in connection with our Services. You represent that you have the right to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate any third party's rights.
We may moderate, edit, or remove User Content at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to publish or retain any User Content.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Intellectual Property
Buzzy Today and its licensors own all rights in the Services, including the website design, logos, trademarks, AI-generated summaries, Buzzy Takes, editorial content, software, and underlying technology. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in our Services or content.
6.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.
6.3 Third-Party Intellectual Property
Original news articles, images, and media linked through our Services remain the property of their respective publishers and are subject to their terms. Our summaries are independently generated and are not reproductions of original articles.

Buzzy Today is not a news publisher of record. We aggregate and summarize third-party reporting. Our AI-generated content should not be treated as authoritative journalism and should not be the sole basis for any decision.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUZZY MEDIA LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES, INCLUDING AI-GENERATED CONTENT; (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA; OR (D) ANY THIRD-PARTY CONDUCT ON THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Buzzy Media LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third party's rights.
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12.2 Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will be conducted in Washoe County, Nevada. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.
12.3 Exceptions
Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights. Claims eligible for small claims court may be filed there.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, and 12 survive termination.
14. Modifications to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on our website. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with any changes, stop using the Services.
15. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Buzzy Today.
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver.
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights freely.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
